MODULAR FALLS MAT

The MODULAR FALLS MAT is manufactured by Hospital Aids and distributed in Ireland by Phoenix STS (Safety Equipment Ireland).

Floor mats to protect individuals prone to falling out of bed.

Well suited to use on hospital wards and other care facilities the modular falls mats is designed to reduce the chance of injury when individuals or residents fall from their bed.

Designed by NHS staff and commissioned by NHS Innovations, each mat comes in two sections that can be joined together with velcro attachments. To minimise trip risks the mats have tapered edges. Made from a high density polyurethane foam, the mats have an anti-bacterial additive, making them easy to wipe clean.
